We understand that organisations are sometimes required to evaluate a productor solution prior to purchase. Barcode Dynamics has a large pool of equipment available to its clients for demonstration, trial and proof-of-concept purposes. Whether you need to trial a barcode scanner, image reader,printer or mobile computer, please feel free to discuss your requirements with us. As a general rule, equipment is available for a period of up to two weeks.
Barcode Dynamics is happy for its clients to pre-purchase support hours at a reduced rate. This offer applies to our full range of support services, including online help, telephone support and on-site assistance. Prepaid support hours can be used on an ad-hoc basis, and are tracked on our custom-built intranet site. Our thermal printing clients can also choose from a range of print consumable packages. These packages combine print consumables with value-added services such as maintenance, support and thermal print heads.

Our Technical Support team provides specialist support for a variety of hardware devices and software applications. Phone and Web Support While many of our vendors provide technical support, the information they provide can often be highly technical and overly complicated. To make life easier, Barcode Dynamics provides its clients with phone support, as well as access to an information portal (intranet). Our portal has practical information on a range of topics, including software upgrades and patches, system resets andquick fixes / shortcuts.
Configuration and Testing
On larger projects, Barcode Dynamics is able to configure and test devices prior to deployment.This process may also involve asset tagging and fleet documentation tasks. Repairs Barcode Dynamics is certified to repair a broad range of devices and printers, as per vendorguidelines. Our repair centre located at Morningside in Brisbane carries a large inventory of spare parts, and is able to collect “failed” equipment from your premises. For devices and equipment that must be returned to the vendor for repair, Barcode Dynamics will manage the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process. We’ll collect the device(s) from your office and work with the relevant vendor to meet the required turnaround time. Handheld devices will always come back from our repair centre in a “clean” and “re-configured”state - ready to go straight back into the field. Our proactive management of enhanced warranty contracts ensures that your devices arealways covered.
